Yes, each Mass Dynamics workspace automatically comes with a secure “deep link” (different from the URL you see in your browser).
You can store this link in any LIMS, ELN, or other data-management platform so that users can jump straight from your system to the exact analysis inside Mass Dynamics with a single click - no extra setup required.
We’re also developing a full read/write REST API which will allow you to programmatically export result tables and metadata (and eventually automate data uploads). If you’d like early access or have specific requirements, let us know so we can incorporate your needs as we finalize the release.
