Which files do I need to upload for MaxQuant?

Mass Dynamics automatically detects protein-only TMT and LFQ data-dependent acquisition (DDA) MaxQuant experiments. 

To analyze dataset pre-processed with MaxQuant, go to the Dataset Upload page (see screenshot below), upload the following files and follow the upload instructions:

1. proteinGroups.txt - to access protein data
2. summary.txt - to access the experimental setup.

Please ensure that all required file names are provided as originally produced by MaxQuant.
