Our Service Providers

Mass Dynamics uses a small number of other companies to host and run our services. This page lists them, what we use each one for, what information it handles, and where that information is stored.

Our Privacy Policy describes these providers by type and links here for the current list. When we add or change a provider, we update this page rather than the policy. Each provider handles information on our behalf, only to provide its service to us.

Customer Data and Service Data.
Customer Data is what you upload to Mass Dynamics and the results we produce from it. Service Data is information our software records about how it is running, such as usage statistics and error reports.

Both terms are defined in our Terms of Use.

Technology partners

Technology partners are different from service providers. They are companies whose instruments, consumables or software you use with Mass Dynamics. We share Service Data with them, never Customer Data, with names removed and identified by instrument serial number instead. Each partner uses it as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Our current technology partner is Evosep ApS, of Denmark.

We update this page when we add, remove or change a service provider.
