Which files do I need to upload for Bruker ProteoScape (TIMS DIA-NN) processed results?

To analyze your TIMS DIA-NN results processed with ProteoScape, go to the Dataset Upload page and upload the following files:

• The main *report.tsv file 
• The *log.txt file
