      How do I access my TIMS DIA-NN output from ProteoScape data so that I can upload it into Mass Dynamics?

      1. Run the DIA-MBR
      2. Once this is run, go into the project, click on “Results”
      3. At the top of the results screen will be all the standard DIA-NN outputs as links
      4. Simply download the report.tsv (typically named the same as the project) and the log file
      5. Login to Mass Dynamics (app.massdynamics.com)
      6. Navigate to Create Experiment
      7. Find the TIMS DIA-NN upload area
      8. Follow the prompts to upload the TIMS DIA-NN output
