How do I create a Protein List?

1. Select the proteins of interest in an analysis module. There are different ways to select proteins in different module types. Here are some examples:
   1. In a Volcano Plot Analysis Module you can drag a selection of proteins using the 'Box Select' function
      
   2. In a Heatmap Analysis Module you can select a cluster of proteins below the heatmap
      
      
   3. You can also search for specific proteins and make a list from the search results

3. Import a list or upload

4. Use that list in any other module/s
