How can I access assistance with uploading my data?

While we have a growing number of input formats that we support, we offer a service to assist you with your uploads, as follows:

1. Login to app.massdynamics.com
2. Click on 'Create an experiment'
   
   
   
3. Upload or drag files and select 'Next'
   
4. Click on 'No, allow our experts to upload the files for you'
   
   
   
5. Please follow the prompts to finish the upload. For any files, we recommend first compressing these (e.g. as a *.zip file) prior to uploading.
