We expect that you'll continue use of Mass Dynamics after your first 12 months, therefore we will review your subscription plan with you to understand if any adjustments are needed, and then renew the subscription.
If you no longer need the subscription, your options are:
- Expire your subscription plan and export your data from the service
- Expire your subscription plan and request for your data to be deleted
- We can provide you with a quote to continue to house your data on our service until you want to restart your subscription
