Protein lists allow you to fully utilise the features available in Mass Dynamics and supercharge knowledge generation.
Creating a list is quick and easy, and you can make unlimited lists to use in your analysis.
In this video below, we describe Protein Lists as one of the fundamentals of using the Mass Dynamics Discovery service.
There are many benefits of creating Protein Lists such as:
- Use one Protein List in different analysis modules
- Use multiple lists to track protein behaviour across different analysis modules
- Import protein lists from experiments performed outside of Mass Dynamics
- Import protein lists from experiments performed in Mass Dynamics
- Allow your collaborators to see the same protein selections when you share an experiment
- Protein Lists are saved in your experiment, allowing you to use that list when returning to your experiment
